Shipping Policy
At Mondo Coffee, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you’ll find details on our shipping process, delivery times, and return policy.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
For international or wholesale shipping inquiries, please contact us.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
5. Delays or Issues
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses. If you experience any issues, reach out to info@mondo-coffee.com, and we’ll assist you as best we can.
6. Free 30-Day Returns & Refunds (U.S. Orders Only)
We offer free returns and full refunds on all U.S. orders within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return:

Email us at info@mondo-coffee.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Note: Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on items marked as final sale.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@mondo-coffee.com. Include your order number and any relevant photos. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
